Apps is the best, but pay cut is too much. 18% is more than half of profits. If the pay cuts is 10% it will be nice.

Notifications

The notifications should be able to be relevant. And it must be user friendly. Currently, to delete each message is just too cumbersome. In addition, the cross x to close any visited profile is not helping at all.
