Room for improvements
1. FAQ
When i’m struggling to find answers about how this works how that works, i could not find FAQ in the app. Please add this into your app.
2. UI/UX
It is better in some way compared to the old app. I like how ‘my reward’ section, it looks more clean and tidy now. However, i still prefer red colour booking seat rather than blue as red with the green tick gives more eye-comfort to look at.
It would be more user friendly if we could just swipe left/right to go back to the previous page instead of tap back arrow at the top left.
Overall the app works fine, but also kinda abit laggy when i go back and forth between pages.
Hope to see improvements on the next update!
I wish there were more Western films.
I am a Chinese, had been very much looking forward to TGV can be a more horror thriller, but has always been from the Indonesian country, because of the differences in nationality language understanding, watching some do not adapt, and now finally wait until the TGV out of the Oriental film. And there were so many horror movies. ❤️ Superlove

- **Features**: Despite promising updates, the app still lacks basic functionalities like saving favorite cinemas or seamless integration with loyalty programs.
- **Customer Support**: Attempts to reach out for assistance were met with generic responses, showing a lack of attention to customer satisfaction.
Overall, the app's current state does not meet the expectations set by TGV Cinemas' reputation. It needs significant improvements to provide a user-friendly and reliable service.
