Good to have it but worst service

I’m glad that the rapid kl come out with such transit but it just doesn’t not work in a right way. Understand if on high demand then unable to call a ride, but when able to book the ride, you might need need to wait for longer time , estimated pick up is aldy 20 mins more after the booking , but the estimate time keep increasing until total waiting time become 50mins It make me miss the bus twice, if would hav so then I should just take the bus instead. One more concern , not sure how the app work for high demand , but there was one day that when I try to book , it keep telling me high demand unable to place a book, then I saw a drt pass by infront of me and the car just only 2 persons , I’m not sure how they calculate the route, maybe there are lot of people. Booking, but in between the route from my pick up to my desired destinations there is only 5 stops, there is not possible that in between this short distance will have another 5 person to get on and off because my pickup point is a LRT station which means seldom got people will get on from other places in between to reach another station , so I think that I would be person from another point who is getting on the van after my destination also count in the seats , which is very unsensible

There are times when I had pleasant experience and this is usually during off peak hours but during peak hours? It’s so stressful, be ready to wait more than 20 minutes even though the estimated pickup is giving you the est. time, it’s usually way off and need to update a realistic ETP and also there needs to be a feature where u can contact the driver bcs there are times when I’m already waiting and the driver didn’t seem to see me and decided to just drove away. This happened more than one time, and it made me want to give up and just delete this app

Used this app for the first time today & I can spot two (2) missing features - I am unable to communicate with driver given the app has no text or call driver button. Also, since this app will direct driver to pick up anyone as long as it hasn’t reach 5 passengers, would be nice to have a feature to tell the passenger on either the number of passengers that are already inside the car or how many more passengers the car needs to pick up within the area. This gives more time clarity to the passengers & help to plan their time to reach their real destinations (not the drop off point) properly. Yes, this concept is way better than had to wait for bus, but it defeat the purpose of being more efficient & faster to get to the drop off location since getting to pick up more than 1 passenger will take at least around 20 mins.

I lost RM4 on this stupid app that takes so long to book, took my money, and didn’t even give me a ride citing high demand. Where’s my money!!!???? RM4 may seem so little to you but it’s a lot to me. This isn’t even the first time it happened. The first time I used it, my app crashed and glitched out, showing that I haven’t booked anything and can’t book anything, but the DRT still came so I shut up and accepted it. They don’t even give you any ticket to file and refund money they took. I am upset. WHO INVENTED THIS APP?????? Note to EVERYONE who decides to still download this app: Make sure to have tng card at all times. Don’t book online with your bank cards, just pay through tap so at least you know you won’t lose money getting stood up. They want to raise the price for this service, but can’t even bother to fix the app.
