I honestly was super excited to work as a volunter and kudos to Troopers for giving me the opportunity to give back to the society. It was a great and memorable experience. I gained new friends through the job opportunity and I was extremely happy to work with the team. The supervisor, Gigi, was very helpful, kind and fair. She made sure everyone got to work equal amount of time and she made a rotating schedule so everyone got to experience working at different stations! It was a wonderful time spent working with this people through Troopers. All meals described pre-application was received fairly and no bad treatments received either from the management, supervisor or other volunteers there. Last but not least, I loved that they updated the apps where people can do the Early Conversion. A great improvement, I must say!

I’ve been working as a PPV part timer volunteer for Troopers in TGM PPV from June 2021. Eventough its not even 3 months in this company but from the first day i’ve joined this company. I found that this young organisation is very fresh, unconventional and brings the young energy in us out yet very professional in their approach. Every day i feel eager to wake up for going to work and so anxious everytime the monthly job application routine comes. Worry if we’re not selected. I do hope that Troopers will grow bigger rapidly & keep the vibrant vibes. Proud to be part of Troopers. As for suggestion i would love to received our pays in a stnadard monthly basis :). I was assigned in Tropicana Garden Mall and management is all over the place, dont know what they’re doing most of the time, don’t have proper equipment or stations (no chairs to take breaks), toxic environment and worst of all it is not safe!! They instructed us to wear gloves because they don’t enough hand sanitizer to distribute and then said don’t wear gloves still without enough hand sanitizers! Only gave 30 mins break for 13 hours standing shift and sometimes they don’t even provide dinner as promised. And worst of all management treats you like they own you, no problem berating you and humiliate you infront of everybody and justifies it for paying you rm120 per day, and they will remind you everyday about it like it’s supposed to be motivating. I had better experience in other ppvs and trust me this one is not worth it don’t bother applying. High numbers of turnover should says it all.
