Viu -Stream TV Shows & Serials 12+

I’ve been a premium member for about a year now. Before this there’s nothing wrong going on when I wanted to renew my subscription BUT TODAY I wanted to renew my subscription plan and I cannot renew because there’s no any subscription button. I spent more than an hour trying to find the subscription button. There will usually be a subscription button under the my account button. BUT THERE IS NOT ANY SUBSCRIPTION BUTTON DOWN THE MY ACCOUNT TODAY. I feel so frustrated trying to find the button to renew my subscription plan. I sent 3 emails to the help centre and still non of them reply my email. I’ve became a premium member now for about a year. Please don’t disappoint me with your service.

I have using the viu app recently and already subscribe to viu premium so far it’s good but it will be more good if you put a potrait mode options for watching any movie or drama, also when I’m watching drama or movie then I stop and went back to continue watching it the drama or movie will start over can’t you make it as a bookmark so it will be more convenience and easy for us to continue watching our drama or movie without any disturbance I hope that you will improve the performance of the apps as soon as possible!! Thank You for your cooperation!

There something wrong with viu connectivity. My network state 4G but when i watch movie, for the first 1 minute the connection is fair buat after that turn to bad connection. Then the video will hang and force me out. I have to click it again AND HAVE TO WATCH 1 MINUTE ADVERTISEMENTS AGAINN. Then i can watch movie for one minute again with fair connection event though my network in 4G then after 1 minutes, movie connection turn bad againnnn. Movie become hang again and I'll be force to get out and i have to click movie &&& have forcely have to watch that 1 minute advertisement again!!! Urghhh I already repeated that cycle for one hour you people! Spoil my mood to watch movie. 😡 Pls do something with your connection because there's nothing wrong with mine. Thank you.
