From my opinion, WashLa should make is at the chat with rider make it available the photo upload like others apps because sometimes the locations pin is not right so need to upload the picture of the house to the rider. It is very inefficient as drive /customers need to contact each other.

I like the way after done payment, I will receive an email which show the item and details of what I bought from your service. For me is also a convenient app, especially for us who are working from home and don’t have enough time to clean our cloths and sneaker.

Cleaning

The pandemic have definitely change our way of cleaning up. Really easy to use, is very good at choosing which stuff that I need to clean!
Thanks to the driver/ rider for his kindness to pick up and send my cloths and sneaker all the way up to 2rd floor! Awesome service that provided from wash la!
