Cannot login to my account. Several times tried still cannot login. The team really need to work on the apps. So miserable. I thought that I have forgotten the password but then I think I really know the password but instead I need to click on the forgot password and need to wait about 5 minutes to received the OTP number but yet still didint received. Couples times I’ve tried still didn’t receive

trying to make payment for Bingkas. But theres an error after i wait for about 5-10 minutes at the counter to update the app. have to return back all the items at the counter. Now after few hours @ home still couldn’t do anything. please fix the bux ASAP. Thank you
