Yezza 4+

I have been using this app for almost 2 months. It helped a lotttt for small business owner like me. I applaud for your contributions. Tqvm. However, can you re-arrange the steps to order for customer? For example, customer fill in name and contact number. Can you put delivery charge/location after that? Many customers did not proceed until the end and they whatsapp us to know the delivery charges to their location. Another scenario is, we have to contact them for follow up ‘are you still interested and why you haven’t check out?’. Most of them says they do not know the delivery charge/location.

I was looking to have my own website that is easy to setup and affordable as i am a small businesses. Yezza made it simple and user friendly when i started using it on a laptop, then they launch the app which makes it even better. Very convenient(especially the notifications & whatsapp)! I love how minimal the website look and payment gateway was smooth. Encountered several issues, CS of yezza was quick to response. Definitely recommended for beginners who are interested in starting their own business website.

So far, using Yezza has helped me to introduce my business to many people in a single click. I dont need to keep printing any catalogue but only update the latest products via Yezza. The improvements done to Yezza platform shows that the team is looking at the bigger picture of this platform to be at the parr with the others. Good job team. Looking forward to have more features like integration with lazada or fb shop.
