Very useful
It is very convenient services and simple. I like it! Just wonder if your system can extend the duration for till 3 days max duration. Because not most user is the residents of the area. Will need some times to collect. Will love to see it in future
Unreliable, unsafe, creating more problems
It’s stupid to have a system in our community that only fit 21 small casing, and when it’s full, the parcels have been throwing around all the places, making it unsafe. When wanting to collect, unable to register. Call to the support, no one picking up. After wasting so much time get myself registered. It charged RM9.60 to open the lock while my item only cost RM10. I can’t believe it. It’s creating more problems than a solution. Not recommended!
