한국무역정보통신은 금융기관의 전자등기 이용할성화 및 법무대리인의 등기업무 전산화 지원을 위하여 다양한 서비스를 제공 중에 있습니다.
본 [전자서명뱅크K] 어플은 [KB스타뱅킹]으로 접속한 KB국민은행 고객이 부동산담보대출에 필요한 전자서명을 스마트폰에서 진행할 수 있도록 운영됩니다.
[전자서명뱅크K] 이용방법
1. [KB스타뱅킹] 어플에 로그인하여 "대출>현황>담보대출전자서명"으로 이동합니다.
2. [KB스타뱅킹] 담보대출 전자서명에서 전자서명하기를 클릭하면 본 어플이 구동됩니다.
3. 본 [전자서명뱅크K] 어플 실행 후 KB국민은행에 등록된 공인인증서로 로그인 합니다.
4. 등기서류(설정계약서,위임장)을 확인하고 공인인증서로 전자서명하면 서명완료를 확인할수 있습니다.
5. 전자서명완료 후 [KB스타뱅킹 으로 돌아가기]를 선택합니다.
6. [KB스타뱅킹] 어플에서 전자서명 결과를 조회 할 수 있습니다.
※ 담보제공자가 법인인 경우 본 어플을 이용할 수 없습니다.
