At the beginning all was good, place order, receive order. Did not receive the order, open a dispute and the money was refunded. But all of a sudden AliExpress team no longer provide necessary support for the customers. This has happened at least 3 times with me: I placed an order, more that 90 days passed and I did not receive the order. The protection period expires and the order gets automatically confirmed as if I had confirmed the reception of the product. Some ours before the protection period expires, I try to open the dispute and the information is that I have to wait. After ir is completed my order is confirmed automatically. Now when I try to open a dispute, the information is that the order is still in remador and within the delivery time. I do not understand. For the last Oder they even sent me two emails saying that my order had arrived. I went to my post office to find out that the order is still in China. This is so ridiculous and not fair. I tied to contact them, always put me in contact with machines. No one wants to take accountability and I have lost my money.
