The one with your own guides

You can now create your very own view guides. Just tap plus on the home page, and create away!

The new stuff:
- Custom guides allow you to add any step, any icon, and any color. Please give them a try and let me know what you think.
- A lot of behind the scenes work has happened to prepare for a big update in september ;)

The bug fixes:
- Fixes a bug where your grinder RPM / grind size wouldn't show up (you didn't lose any data, don't worry!)
- I've made a couple tidy ups here and there, please reach out if you find any bugs!
