Changing of already accepted rides to another ride
28/09/2023

Changing of rides without drivers consent is affecting us because sometimes the drivers already communicated to the clients, that means the client will be called by another clients and it’s causing confusions and trust issues. Atleast the drivers must have an option as to whether they want to accept the nearest ride or they want to continue on going rides.

Pricing point Namibia
7 Sept
The BlaQ Don
Am Namibian Yango driver and the pricing point is killing us. The minimum in Namibia by any means of transportation is N$15 but you guys didn’t update your pricing point. Fuel went up so we’re barely braking even. Is not even possible for customers to get priced according to the number of passengers. It’s disheartening to driver a car full of passengers for N$20. Hopefully you do take a look at this 2 points. Thank You for your time.

Something should be done about riders that cancel after you have arrived at the location that they choose, drivers should be compensated for rides that are cancelled even if Yango just adds something to the balance

Yango doesn’t care about the driver, even when the drivers are the main engine of their business.

Low Prices in Namibia, cheaper than public cabs. Drivers only make money for Yango and Petrol. No profit, market over saturated, the app change the method of payment by itself. Yango is Good for riders not the driver, drivers gets penalized unfairly. Driver can’t cancel ride without being penalized even if they are in unsafe neighborhoods. Support is useless, they don’t help drivers. Their response are automated.
