透析患者さんが、透析の状態を自己管理することで、よりよい透析LIFEを実現するためのアプリです。そのほか透析患者さんにとって必要な透析医療に関する情報や透析施設を探すための情報検索の方法を提示しています。 １　健康を確保するために重要な透析量という指標（HDP）について動計算しわかりやすく示しています。透析患者さんがご自身の日々の透析の状態（透析量）を把握し、目標設定することで、よりよい透析につなげてもらいます。 ２　透析患者さんが、出張や旅行をする場合は、かかりつけではなく旅先の医療機関で透析治療を受ける必要があります。旅先で臨時に、時間やアクセスなどの条件にあった透析施設を探す、もしくは、かかりつけの医療機関を変更し、新たな医療機関を探すときなど、全国の透析医療機関の情報を検索する方法を示します 3　SDC（セルフケア透析センター）に通院し、セルフ透析を行う患者さんは、このアプリOrangeから透析日時の個室予約や予約変更ができます。一般的な透析施設は、いつも決まった曜日・時間でした透析できませんでしたが、SDCでは、このアプリを利用して比較的自由に透析時間を予約したり、変更したりできるようになり便利になります。患者さんの生活の自由度が増します。 4　透析医療に関する医療関連情報や動画にアクセスできます。 このアプリOrangeを活用することで、透析患者さんが、透析管理をスマートに、よりよい透析ライフをスマートに送っていただけます。
