Our app has a feature for verifying addresses, which requires the ability to monitor regions and receive location updates in the background. This feature is essential for accurately verifying a user's address and providing access to higher loan limits and tier 3 level transaction limits.
We have created a video showcasing this feature, which we have attached for your reference. You can see in the video how the app monitors a user's location and registers a region around their address. Once the user has visited the region a certain number of times, the address is verified.
We understand that enabling the "Location" background mode can have an impact on battery life, and we have taken steps to minimize this impact. For example, we only monitor regions that are explicitly registered by the user and don't monitor location updates when the user is outside registered region.
We believe that our use of the "Location" background mode is essential for the core functionality of our app and we have demonstrated this in the video.

A lot is wrong with the app
A lot has been wrong with the app,I’ve tried taking selfie severally it wasn’t working,then finally it worked yesterday. Just for me to request for loan it keeps saying I should update my profile,even while my profile is fully updated,I’ve reached out to the team,but no response since.
They scam my money of 100,000 I deposited and deactivated my wallet account
Now you people have turn me to thief in everybody face arround me no one can trust me any money including my boss at work if my work was terminated because of this money you are holding without any reason I swear all you belonging to I’ll be lost including your wife’s husband and children
You people are mad holding my account for three days and still you can accept money in and can not let me send out God will purnish you as you are purnishing me on top my money I swear I will spoil your name and your madness thief app on all social media and Africa magic both Yoruba and Igbo… I will tell you how more I know people …. You will go down even with causes on you … I swear you will all regret doing this to me …. Now my boss that has the money has looking for me around with police I am now running to borrow money while I have his money with you and you did not release the money without me owing you I will look for your office here and get you…. your mind will not be at rest in any situation by Gods grace let’s wait and see what will will happen to you
Called my contact when loan wasn’t a overdue
I never thought Aella could stoop this low especially when I’ve never defaulted in paying up my loan in the past and now. Only for my contact to call me that they got a call from Aella that my loan is due today and they can’t reach me and she should try to contact me to pay. This call was made to my contact at 11am in the morning. I don’t think this is why you were granted access to our contacts, to embarrass us unduly for patronizing you after paying huge amount on interest. I’m deleting this app, I know for sure they had to have changed management cos Aella was never this terrible. It’s a shame you just lost a good costumer with a great credit score who pays on time and before time. Shame on you and your management. May God embarrass your business and all of you individually except i defaulted on my loan or even exceeded due date. Evil lots. Borrow from them at your own risk.
