Issues updating payment
Despite have funds in an investment, it will still say, “you do not have any current investment at the moment”. I think that should be attended to.
The worst investment ever
For over a month now I have been trying to upgrade my account…I went to a branch in Abuja and I was told my account is active and then I made my payment to the account provided to me…for over 2 weeks I kept on calling and asking for updates regarding my money and they kept on telling me one story to another…I went back again and I was told my account was never even active which means I was lied to…I filled all the necessary documents again and till today nothing has shown….Please I don’t want to invest with you guys again pay me my money back please
Poor upgrade of information on the app
I have been trying to upgrade and upload my utility bill payment and append my signature for over 3 weeks now and it has been terrible completing the process. Please let the app be user friendly. I made a complaint online and the staff of ARM One investment claimed they had fixed the problem, the issues are still there. How do I successfully upgrade my account and move to tier 2 account?
