If the surname is only two characters, then when verifying the email address, it will prompt that at least 3 characters are required, please fix it
Delayed Transaction 🤦🏽
This is the worse mobile banking app I have ever used. This guys have put me in more trouble and public embarrassment than any bank I used. I will go out about to transfer from Naira to cedis and I will be stranded. They will not send the money, some times even after 24 hours. Recently I transfer some amount for an urgent payment and it took 3 days before I could see my money. I had to be calling, begging, shouting, … my day was ruined.
I have used several apps but this is worst. The Customers Service is good but the bank is poor. My recommendation to Bitnob is to create a direct banking app because I doubt they have that. That will aid direct transfers of funds. Like other mobile banks (I don’t want to mention names). Then define the meaning of ‘Banking’ - Banking which is meant to be Trust. Even when I am outside or trying to make an impression in public. You will not fail me.
