As a freelance graphics designer residing in Nigeria, I understand the challenges involved in sending and receiving payments from clients outside the country.
Ever since my friend from Rwanda introduced me to Eversend, my business has experienced a positive transformation. Eversend has simplified and accelerated my transactions, ensuring a seamless experience.
My experience using the virtual card for payments is one of the best things I’ve experienced online in a long while, quick and effortless process, smooth and hassle-free experience. This platform is designed to make transactions swift and straightforward, without any complications or difficulties.
Work in progress
The service thing as really poor at the beginning. Funds sent to Ghana hanged for days and recipient couldn’t make withdrawal for days. But the service has improved since I returned to using it the past week.
The team still have a lot to work on in the following areas though:
1. Kindly improve customer support response time. Both in-app on your WhatsApp
2. The sender’s name and payment reference should be included in payment receipt so that recipient can easily identify sender. This will also prevent avoidable disputes intervention by contact support and free up more time to attend to other matters.
3. The maximum amount per transaction to mobile wallet should be increased. The 70,000KES per transaction and 120,000 KES is too small. Especially for business purposes. Or a business account can be open to solve this issue
4. The daily sending limit should be increased or a business account with enhanced KYC should be created.
5. Improve payment delivery time. By orthodox banking standards for cross border transactions 30minute to a couple of hours might seem fast but this is a new age. You might partner with other payment solutions to improve remittance speed. Especially for those payments to outside Eversend platform.
