Hi.. I would like to say how happy I am to be part of the chipper family… part of the family of people who having seamless transactions on this awesome app.. what is so breathtaking about this app is not the ease of transfer of funds without a tax or vat issue, not the ease of adding your account under the “add cash” where u can instantly debit your bank account and add cash to your chipper account, not the introduction of the virtual cards (Naira or the dollar card) for ease of payment online , not the ease of transfer to any bank account , not any of these options but for the fact that I can trade on the American stock market ( buy and sell) stock and I have instant transaction… wow, that’s the heart of the app for me.. I remember buying apple stocks and sold it and made a little profit, with ease… I think I would recommend the management of chipper to sell this proposal to our Nigerian government to manage the “eNaira” app so that all the NSX companies could be listed on the app and there can be ease of trading on the Nigerian stock exchange market… I would like to give a big shout out to one of your customers support personnel, KINDRA. Amazing woman and has the heart for her customers… she is resilient and always on top of issues … quick response time with her busy schedule and a warm heart for customer service.. well done 👍🏿

Buying and Selling of Stocks was never a thing I was willing to do cause I had absolutely zero or little knowledge about it and how it works, but since opening a ChipperCash account for transaction purposes, got dissatisfied for their transfer delays lasting up to 24hours, I decided to explore the app to see if I can keep it or delete it, then I found their stock market platform, did a little research then took a step to invest on the “Meta Platform” after taking some time to study and understand how the market works, thanks to their simplified platform, I delve into it researching and buying other stocks which has high potentials pf growing, I joyfully write to inform you all that you don’t need up to #10,000 or even #5,000 before you can invest in the stock market, but for as little as $1 equivalent to #745, you too can invest rather than having different banks waste your money.

Chipper you people have decided to carry gun! Tell me why I tried to pay for something of N700 and had $1.20 in my USD virtual card, you guys said it is a decline transaction …that’s fine. You then go ahead to deduct N500 from my naira account which is also fine, BUT TELL ME WHY YOU ARE STILL DEDUCTING $1 from my USD card?!? Exactly why are you guys charging over N2k for declined fees …that’s is STEALING!!!! I’ve been using the app for time and this is the 3rd time this is happening, even the $ you guys took till now was never refunded and the customer service made it look like I didn’t know what I was saying, I let that go. Now this again, I’m writing a review cause this is my 3rd time and it is too much. Fix this!!!
No one is stopping you guys from taking your decline fee of N500 but stop taking from our USD cards too!!!
