Can’t seem to upload a video

Great app! Love love this app. But I don’t why I can upload a video after selecting a template without a white screen obstructing the video. Can this be addressed pls.

Template Graphics

I expect as a paid subscriber that graphics (text) on a selected template should disappear and not override content developed by the subscriber?

After selecting a template and picked the images I intend to upload, I find that the template developer’s graphics still appear in my uploaded content. Which is a waste of money and time.

You can definitely remove the text in the Templates! This can easily be done by tapping on the text then tap Delete. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us at Boosted.support@lightricks.com
