CDcare is such a great platform am really glad i came across them on TikTok though am a risk taker that y I decided to go for iPhone 12 as a first time customer cus of the person I am later I started doubting myself is dis d right thing to do so cus of how scared I am I change my plan of 40weeks to 30weeks still not ok cus I keep feeling like getting the phone instantly so I change it again to 20week And with constant disturb on WhatsApp they have amazing customer service cus no matter how many times I question dem per day dey will always reply they are never tired. These people are terrible. Okay first i ordered a phone and chose to pay twice. After 50% has been paid shey they ought to deliver, no oooo… they will start saying they want to verify, which would take weeks. First its your Id re-verification, then its address, then its payment card! Card that has been previously verified. These people will do everything to stall your delivery. After the hassle on first buy, i assumed it would be easier on second buy since i have verified everything. WRONGGGGG. Tell me why i was asked to go through the exact same hassle. Now i am verifying my address and they keep mailing me to update it, i have sent multiple mails and updated it multiple times still one Adesanya Oluwaseyi is sending the same email for over 48 hours!!!

Their customer care agents sound like robot, not a single empathy, nothing! They act like they have no idea whats going on in the system! If you think they can help you, you are in for a surprise. These people will frustrate you! Forget Taooma advertising for them, they are terrible terrible people. Even the cost of their goods is waaaay higher than in the normal market. Terrible!

I have a bad experience with this company, it’s my first purchase. I saw their ads on a popular blog on instagram and I decided to try them out. I downloaded the app and I went through the terms and conditions before I proceeded to sign up. I checked for an item and chose a payment plan, they request that you pay up to 50percent of that item so you can get a delivery. Few days before I reach 50percent payment I got a mail stating that the product price has increased by a margin of #5,798 , there’s no way I could cancel the purchase because it’s stated in the terms and conditions that the company will deduct a 10percent of any amount you’ve made on a particular item in case of cancellation. I sent a mail back and asked them to proceed with the order. I have reached 72percent payment today and I still haven’t gotten my order. It’s been two weeks since I reached midpoint payment.
