Data delay
Good day I recharged my data over five hours ago, but I still haven’t received it. This has been happening repeatedly over the past three times now when I try to subscribe, my data doesn’t get credited. What’s going on with your network? Why does this keep happening?

Data Delay
It’s over three days I made payments for data and I am yet to receive even though I reached out to the customer care over and over. Other times I’ll make payments for data, but I’ll have to reach out to the customer care before it’s resolved
