One of the best things from MTN.

MTN truly listens, this app was horrible when they launch but appears they are doing something and it’s getting better daily. The error and frequent glitches appears to have all disappeared.

The app is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Another great one is the ability to manage my data.

I’ve had the app for a while but still always purchased data using ussd the few times when I’ve used this app there has always been one issue or the other either it’s been refusal to purchase a bundle despite having sufficient airtime or delay to deliver the bundle package I bought, but this time around I’ve bought data now my airtime has been collected and still not seen my data bundle I purchased. Worst thing is it’s not even part of my transactions history almost like I never did the bundle, tried chatting with their dumb Zigi chatbot and it has been linking me to an agent for hours now even called their line but their own line now is saying not reachable and switched off. Please please and please🙏🏾🙏🏾 be advised oooo DON’T PATRONIZE THIS PEOPLE‼️‼️‼️
Unless you just want to frustrate your life and have yourself scammed like I was BE WARNED ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Too Many Problems!

For an app advertised as an easier and more streamlined alternative to access MTN services, it is too tedious and poorly managed.

I have had too many problems—failed transactions, debited but not given data, they advertise supposed deals for me but say my number is ineligible when it’s time for payment.

I linked a number because with my sim in the mifi and unable to receive messages (because of another MTN service problem) I needed a more accessible option, but even that started having problems.

I just wonder why a network provider as big as MTN is so poorly invested in improving their tech. Do you not have capable developers and designers? Why are there problems that have been there for up to year without a solution?

And I’ve not even started complaining about the poor network and expensive regular bundles. Without the deals MTN service is hardly worth it. I’ve never wished so badly that Fiber ran connections in my area, I would have dumped MTN long ago. And I still will because your services a hinderance to my productivity and mental wellbeing, and unfortunately I don’t expect a solution from you because this is not the only bad review. It is well.
