REMOVE THE NIGERIA YOU PEOPLE ADD TO MTN

FIRSTLY I WILL THANK YOU ALL FOR THE GREAT JOB SO FAR BUT PLEASE, when MTN was MTN we don’t need to see the Nigeria there, we are citizens of the country already so why then do you have to remember us again?? That sucks😡😡😡before on the network you can only see MTN good and simple, why would you people add Nigeria there why??? For what reason please is there any other MTN in this country, you people shouldn’t only be doing your will, remember you have to satisfy others as well, thank You once again for the rest of the great works, please work on that Nigeria after MTN, leave it simple please.

Too many bugs and crashes

It’s beyond my comprehension why a company as big and renowned as MTN cannot design or develop an app that is working properly. I understand there’s bugs in apps but this is becoming too much. How hard can it possibly be to pay developers to maintain the app. Is it managed by apprentices, or quacks. What kind of useless app is this. I have never opened the app and everything worked smoothly, something must go wrong. Are you even aware that your app is this terrible because this has been going for so long, why make an app if you cannot manage it properly.

Don’t even get me started on how bad your network connectivity has been for the past months but as usual you do not care as long as you are making money and you have enough customers. But keep this up and watch as you lose them one by one.

I have seen previous reviews on how terrible your app is and nothing has been done it’s still the same or worse so I’m not even expecting any change, I just want to let you guys know that my days of using your service are numbered. I wonder if this is how bad your service is in South Africa or because it’s Nigeria and anything goes.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS 😡😡‼️‼️❗️❗️

I’ve had the app for a while but still always purchased data using ussd the few times when I’ve used this app there has always been one issue or the other either it’s been refusal to purchase a bundle despite having sufficient airtime or delay to deliver the bundle package I bought, but this time around I’ve bought data now my airtime has been collected and still not seen my data bundle I purchased. Worst thing is it’s not even part of my transactions history almost like I never did the bundle, tried chatting with their dumb Zigi chatbot and it has been linking me to an agent for hours now even called their line but their own line now is saying not reachable and switched off. Please please and please🙏🏾🙏🏾 be advised oooo DON’T PATRONIZE THIS PEOPLE‼️‼️‼️
Unless you just want to frustrate your life and have yourself scammed like I was BE WARNED ‼️‼️‼️‼️
