Service
The app is easy to use and your meals are quite affordable however, I still have to call the customer service number to confirm my order if not it won’t be made, that is if they finally pick the calls. Your customer service team needs to do better

Payement
Your payment reconciliation with paystack is very very very poor i always make payment with my order and get a receipt yet you still be embarrassing customer by asking for payment again didn’t pay stack explain how the payment process works or you just have incompetent account staff that lacks modern fintech payment
