My location is not on the map
I don’t understand what happening anymore when I started using this app you do deliver to my location only for me to try it now and I’m seeing my location is not on the map anymore if your delivery is not meant for everyone or specific set of people let it be known to us so that we don’t download the app
Chowdeck was in the wrong
I ordered two different dishes for my friend and myself from The Food Factory through the Chowdeck app, but the delivery guy only brought one. Frustrated, I contacted customer service, who claimed they were investigating. I also reached out to the eatery, and they confirmed receiving a single food order from Chowdeck. Chowdeck eventually offered a refund, which I reluctantly accepted. I believe they should take responsibility and vow to improve which they did not. Then, they refunded the money to my wallet, and its value has decreased. Reordering the missing food now incurs additional costs for delivery and service charges, caused by their mistake.
Chowdeck, you can do better. Empathy goes a long way.
First time. Disappointed. Deleting.
This is my first time using Chowdeck and I ordered from a pizza restaurant 15mins away from me. It is 2 hours since I placed the order and I’m yet to get my food. The delivery guy keeps telling me he’s close by yet there’s no visual map to confirm his location which is a big no no for me. I like to see my order getting close to me. This app doesn’t have that feature. The riders could be lying for all you know and there’s not much you can do cause there’s no complaint contact on the app. I’m deleting the app now. Glovo is better. Even using Uber package to pick up is better than this nonsense.
