I have been using this app since 2022 and it’s going fine but I have not verified and I am trading up to 1m in the app all of a sudden I have 3000usd in my app now I can’t trade they ask for verification I have submitted my id card and all my info till now is still under review and I can’t trade and receive funds which I need urgently are they trying to play me or what 😭😭😭😭😭

I was offline due to data and phone battery low for some minutes. A buy open a trade of 5k did not pay because there was no transaction or conversation btw me and the buyer. He then mark that he has paid after that open a dispute using a fake alert . First the escrow did not verify the name of who he made the payment to, the amount on the alert does not match the trade transaction… the escrow award the buyer the EOS.. I have been trying to contact your costumer service no response I am disappointed in your service and would just like to have my EOS back and leave your app in peace😡 I deeply regret ever been introduced to such useless service.

Great app today was my first day of trading both card and bitcoin I really love the fastness of transactions I love it But I trade steam card 200 euros and the buying refuses to send my money saying it’s a used card and I have all my proves but can’t reach the moderator and it’s becoming they trying to cheat me and if they don’t send me my money I will definitely stop trading there becaus it has never happened to me So send me my money.
I still had to try again , I trade on the app and they scammed me again and now my bitcoin is gone $50 usdt and it’s giving some weird error messages thst it’s not supported
