We are improving the QR code scanner to allow repeat visitors to check in faster. Visitors can now create a QR code with the information needed to check in such as name, email, phone and more. Show it to the kiosk and it will check in using the provided information. See our website for details about creating a QR code to use for checking in.

We've added a bunch more questions to help gather information about your customer when they arrive. New questions include phone number, date of birth, ID type, email address and two free text questions and two free text yes/no questions. DSS Check In still provides a simple interface to register and organize customers upon arrival.

Minor fixes to screen changes

We have added an optional question for Phone Number.  This will allow the office to call a person by the last 4 digits of their phone number instead of the name. This works in coordination with the lobby TV Display

At the request of many of our customers we're updating a few features. We've added a few buttons to the text question screen to make it more generic. This allows more questions to be asked. We've added some error checking to let you know if the system cannot contact the server We've updated to our latest company logo.
