【智能助眠】
根据多维健康监测垫实时反馈的睡眠及生理状态，e睡眠智能生成含脑波音频、白噪音、冥想引导语等在内的助眠方案，并根据助眠效果智能调整助眠方案，在用户醒时自动开启，入睡后智能停止，诱导用户快速进入睡眠状态，拥有高质量睡眠。
【健康监测】
e睡眠会在用户整个睡眠过程中进行睡眠与健康状况的实时监测，提供实时呼吸、心率，体动、咳嗽等数据，评估睡眠阶段，量化睡眠质量与睡眠数据，并在睡眠结束后生成睡眠与健康分析报告，数据与报告自动上传云端，支持远程查看与推送。
心率：夜间动态心率监测，记录心率异常发生次数、时间及时长。
呼吸：睡眠过程中，从每一次吸气与呼气中，捕捉到呼吸的延长或中断现象，进行睡眠呼吸异常的早期风险预估。
咳嗽：实时捕捉并记录睡眠中咳嗽的频率、持续时间、剧烈程度等指标，通过数据分析可以对日常健康监测、慢病管理等提供参考。
体动：实时了解用户睡眠期间的体动状态，对于体动频繁等异常情况进行记录。
在床/离床：实时了解用户在床/离床状态；何时离床、离床多久、睡眠过程共离床几次等。
除了多维健康监测垫，e睡眠app还可以搭配腕带式自主神经传感器和脑电传感器进行使用，拓展更多功能，改善用户睡眠质量，提升健康水平。
e睡眠app独立使用可实现普通助眠和提神醒脑的八大功能，无需外设，即开即用：
【普通助眠】
●夜间睡眠：可在用户入睡有困难时帮助快速入睡。
●高效小睡：可提升小睡效率，促使用户快速进入浅睡状态，使用户在短时间内即可进行充分休息，快速缓解疲劳，舒缓压力。午休或者其他时间均可使用。
●强力助眠：若使用夜间睡眠方案效果不明显，建议选择本方案。
●助眠调理：睡前使用，可提升用户的夜间睡眠质量。
【提神醒脑】
●状态调整：在精神状态一般时使用。通过几分钟的聆听，让用户的精神状态得到适度修复。
