Inefficiency

I have a very bad experience using this app and being the first time it wasn’t expected.
I downloaded the app cause I needed to dispatch an edible item on that day.
I made my order and paid using the online card method. I did the order in the morning as at 8am and got a call from the rider at 3pm ( so bad) saying he was on his way. As at 6pm still no sign of him. I was even the one that called him later to know what’s happening only for him to tell me he’ll come pick it up the next day. Like what the hell! I’ve paid for this service. I wasn’t able to deliver my goods to the person. Lost my client that day and that was a loss to me and me paying for the dispatch already was another loss.
So pls I need my refund.

Amazing App and service delivery

I have used this app a couple of times and I must say that I am hugely impressed with the the speed. Not to talk of the staff and their level of professionalism which is really top notch. Please keep the flag flying and never relent. Your riders are doing a great Job too. Super fast and efficient. I have alot to say but I guess I should just calm down. 😄. I will advice you also introduce some type of loyalty rewards for return clients so we can be encouraged to always come back to patronize. Good stuff welldone.

Riders are not profiled

I had a terrible experience last year when one of your riders picked my parcel and it wasn’t delivered to me till one week time. In all of this wait, your company didn’t deem it fit to update me on the status of my parcel. At every call I made, I was told I would get my parcel that day but it never came. When I finally got it, there was no apology not compensation whatsoever. Even though I have carried out about 20 transactions with your company, that experience was a huge turn off.
