Having issues with my this app as of lately, not showing my pictures through this app.
Hi Facetune2, I really love ur app as a makeup artist but as of lately have been having issues with this app, i can't be able to view my pictures through this app in other to select a picture and able to edit it.... Each time I go to the gallery on Facetune it doesn’t show my photos, instead It shows ‘’Something went wrong, unable to load photos’’... I have deleted this app 4 times now and downloaded it bck but same issue. please i need an urgent response thankz.

Of course, you can use your own photos. Please make sure that you have allowed Facetune access to your device in the Settings app. If you still experience any issues, please be sure to email us right away, so we can look into it - facetune2.support@lightricks.com.
VIP issues
I really love facetune app infact I don’t use any other app else this app. But lately the paint section has been listed among VIP which was not like that before. You really want us to enjoy this app that was why we could do all the stuffs free but now it’s totally complicating pls do something to this am begging. Paint, skin, retouch and the likes aren’t supose to be under VIP because they are the essential tools we makeup artist use most.

Payment debited twice
I am a makeup artist and been using your app for a while ,last year I had a problem with the payment .My former card got expired and payment couldn’t be made so I put up another card and resubscribed only for me to be debited again .I made a complaint but no response since last year .
This has made me not to subscribe again and I will realize if this can be looked into and my money reversed or used for this years subscription.
