Hello Good day Please kindly stop disturbing me to pay the loan I don’t borrow please. It’s true I downloaded your loan app on the 22nd of November,2023 but I was told I wan not eligible to borrow money then and no money was credited to my account. So I don’t understand why you guys will be disturbing me to pay the money I was not borrowed now. I have been receiving different call since Saturday to pay up in which I used that to message your WhatsApp number today and I snapped my transaction history too,everything there’s blank, there’s no evidence to proof I borrowed money from you. So please why disturbing me with calls. If there’s no proof to show I borrowed money from your loan app and that it was credited to my account please stop disturbing me with calls and messages and no money should be removed from my account please.

First of all your services are nice I must commend but what did iOS users do to you guys? Do you think we are very rich some of us just use iPhone 6 or 7 your loan interest is high we can’t liquidate our loans we can’t access higher loan amounts from you guys and the duration is too short and when we complain you say it’s automated that’s pure theft and unfair attitude how long does it takes to get it fixed if you know you can’t fix it early then don’t make it available for us iOS users please it’s so unfair kindly make available for manual liquidation because what’s the use of customer service for ME CEO OF FAIRMONEY treat as urgent please lastly I heard if one drops a sincere review whether positive or negative especially the negative you tend to not give them any loan again or give them something lower why?
