Why is customer line not always going

Why is customer line not always going and the in app chat the response doesn’t correlate with the question we ask .. is the question doesn’t tally with the automated response then one is left stranded.. cause now I made a repayment even before due that and the app has not clear it off
So many command features not working just writing network error .. customer service line not reachable, in app response doesn’t work and the app itself is not working… so basically there’s nothing a customer can do

Reduce the interest and adjustment of due date

Please you guys need to work on this your interest of a thing you are adding how will I borrow 45k and be paying back some of 52+ kilode nha because of you people I Dey work nhi am using the loan Incase of emergency for my business nhi and you people are packing my gain in the market almost 7k interest omo una mouth wide oo and the funniest part is that it’s not up to a month am paying back the loan oo you even insist on putting 7days just a week it’s not proper for real it’s unfair you guys did not have human feelings at all 7days for the pay day abi due date it’s well and again for the foolish people you pack online that they do message someone on WhatsApp please you guys need to switch them or they should go back home for home training they are so daft and empty skull they don’t know how to speak to customer at all expecially one foolish woman like this she speak like Igbo omg that woman don craze before nothing una fit tell me pls you guys should help me work on the 7days due date and reduce your interest Biko......
