THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME MY MONEY😡😡😡
My money got stocked in this app and I’ve been talking to the customer care but all he could say is “Wait Patiently” and I have been waiting for 5 days now and they have not done anything about it. I made a withdrawal to my OPay account and at first it was saying “Pending” but after few minutes, it said “Failed” and I haven’t received my money yet. The customer care are too slow and they’re the worst service I’ve ever met. This Tbay app is the worst of all apps and it doesn’t process withdrawal at all. Customer service are too slow and doesn’t even respond to messages 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
