GIG Mobility 4+

I love the service and how everything works. Although I had an issue while trying to book - I had “234” in front of my phone number and I couldn’t book because of a phone number error. I tried to edit my phone number from the booking area, the settings and it didn’t work. I even tried to use the website but I couldn’t login (the login button wasn’t working). Please fix these. But excepting these bugs, GIGM has the most progressive service I’ve seen in the Nigerian transport industry

I have been using Gigm for so many years and they proved to be almost the best untill my last journey from ph to abuja where the driver was so rude and called me to meet him somewhere else whereas I was at the pick up point. He spoke to me insultively for delaying to meet him in a filling station he claimed not to know the name. He just told me the filling station opposite a market and I kept asking for the name he said he didn’t know the name whereas my pickup point was at a bakery in rupoku.
On my return from Abuja to ph our bus spoilt at edo state and we waited for over 4hours before the car was well repaired to be moved.
On getting to delta state the bus driver said he wasn’t going beyond delta state. And he was hell bent on that even when passengers pleaded and when some passengers even threatened to beat him up. Gigm was so insensitive to leave us to sleep in the park till the following day because the hotel we even went wasn’t collecting transfer.
Gigm suffered us without no apology nor empathy.
I am tilting towards ABC and some other buses soon. Because I am a very frequent traveler and Gigm has disappointed me 3 times now so it’s like Gigm has made it and don’t want customers anymore. So many people in the bus swore never to use Gigm and I think their reasons are valid.
I hope someone reads this review and get back to me.

first and foremost God will judge that driver that decided to drop my sister off at a destination that isn’t what we booked and put her in a keke instead after i told you that this girl doesn’t know anywhere in lagos. this very wicked man i spoke to in the morning and BEGGED him to please drop her off at the destination we picked and told her that she is too young and doesn’t know anywhere in lagos still dropped her off on a road she doesn’t know and even i don’t even know the place. You will experience this same pain and fear you caused me and my family today.
even if i am sleeping i cannot and will never recommend this transport to anyone, and if not that GUO transport changed their location in Enugu, nothing will have made me use this transport company. i deeply regret using this company.
