Rida — cheaper than taxi ride 4+

I ordered a ride and called the driver. He accepted the ride and said he was heading to my pick up location. Afterward I was on the app that my ride has started when the driver is yet to pick me up at my pick up location. I kept calling the driver to no avail. He didn’t answer and the app is saying my ride has started and we are reading to my destination. There is no option to cancel the ride on the app. No where to contact rida customer support. I am so displeased and livid now. I am
wondering who will pay for the ride because I will not pay for a service that wasn’t rendered.

I hate the fact that I can only see the number of drivers around but I can’t contact them to understand why they are not accepting my request..this should be worked on! I need to see their price if what I’m inputting isn’t okay for them

I’m really not enjoying your app I won’t lie at first Rida was one of my most used app which I prefer to Uber or bolt suddenly ride fair became too high drivers will be just so rude and some even start the ride before you get to them one of y’all driver stop myself and a friend quarter way to our destination claiming he can’t go any further because he asked us to pay him half of the ride fair and we declined cause it’s uncalled for plus we wasn’t having no money we was actually going to pay via transfer and he insisted suprisely your driver dropped us at the middle of an express lekki for that matter please educate your staffs they go about disrespecting and embarrassing customers which I find very uncalled for
