The game works fine but my sound isn’t on. I’ve checked the game settings and my phone settings and it’s on there but when I play the same I don’t hear a think. Even the sound effects don’t work.

Hi so I’ve been playing this game for about 4/5years now I changed my phone and decided to download the app on it because I love the game but I’m having issues connecting my Facebook account to it.. there’s the log in to save data banner there and every time I tap on it nothing happens pls I’d like to know what’s wrong and how you can help me fix this I don’t want to loose my scores in this game and I really enjoy competing against my Facebook friends
