Firstly I must commend the great work put into this beautiful app and the opportunity given to people to live streaming and get a salary thank you for the privilege…. I have been on bigo since 2021 and I can say it’s the best streaming platform ever…. But my little complaint is this as a host many have been scammed because they could not Open Payoneer account themselves due to the reasons unknown to us as an African. Presently last year till now 2025 Opening Payoneer is struggles … because when you start registration once it get to the 3rd steps of the registration it just stop there it will keep repeating the-same puzzle to identify if you are a robot or not and that’s where it end . So please I will love if you can look into this for the programmers in the backends if there is any other ways Africans can withdraw their beans/money effortlessly without using Payoneer… Thanks

This is rampant on Bigo, once someone doesn’t like you, they could recruit their friends onto the hate train and start reporting your page over and over again, resulting in BIGO banning you. Woe betide you if the user is an SVIP member with the power to ban and unban, then your problem will be continuous. This whole giving SVIP members the power to ban doesn’t make any sense to me because it just creates a space for bullying, BIGO would just ban you without giving you a chance to defend yourself and it’s highly unfair. An SVIP member joined my broadcast a few minutes ago and asked for a “private” video, I respectfully declined just for this mf to ban me for 24 hours! 24 freaking hours just because I said no? It’s the entitlement and audacity for me, and they do this knowing that they’d go away Scot free with their bullying, no way to reach out and lay a complaint. Please look into this, SVIP members can still be given the power of unbanning people but that banning power is being abused, I’m speaking from experience and the annoying was that, it was practically just my face that was showing on my live. Please look into this BIGO and rectify this issue. There should also be a way to appeal directly from the app or to ask for a live review, that way indiscriminate banning can be curbed.

This app has great features and it's easy to operate. It gives its users the opportunity to connect with friends, and for users to broadcast their talents and event win incredible, well deserved rewards for being awesome. It's also one of the most secure applications out there as the staff checks for violations and anything that goes against the rules and regulations constantly and around the clock. Bigo restricted my private message for a year due saying l violated there rules which l can’t remember doing so how can someone report me and bigo go straight and restrict my private message for a year due with not knowing if l really do anything, I’m a host on bigo and l don’t know how l will be streaming without reply my fans and supporter dms, please l have contact bigo live team but they are telling me to wait till the feature of self unban comes why do l have to wait to a years due to start streaming again on bigo where l know I’m doing well on the app, bigo please lift my private message restricted l Beg you bigo live
