Hey Apple, I understand y’all want everyone to pay for music. Yes, we paid, we downloaded songs for our personal use. But then, when the Apple Music subscription is out, why do I have to lose all my downloaded songs? I feel you just need to prevent me from accessing them until I subscribe again. Not me having to download tons of music all over again because you rejected my card and I couldn’t renew my subscription on time. This is one reason why I might stop using Apple Music. I’m a Nigerian and we DO NOT have unlimited internet access. So I can’t be wasting my data downloading all my songs again every month! That’s crazy!!!! Please release an update to fix this issue. Else, it’s a bye bye to Apple Music. And also, I get debited more than I should. How do I report this?

Why do you people think it’s right to bill someone more than the required amount just for a music subscription, I’ve been billed thrice this month for my apple iTunes subscription which is not right, it happened last month where I was only billed twice and I made a complaint but got no reply now not only is the amount of the extra billing larger but also the number of Billings is now higher, I just want a refund for those two cases and to be billed once for my subscription please (the first time I was billed an extra 300 naira now I’m getting billed an extra 962 naira in two places of 481 after already being billed the usual 1600 for Apple Music family)
