It’s been bliss since I got this app. I’m someone that liked the idea of journaling since I was a kid, but I was always scared my diary would get seen by my siblings. This app has made that all disappear as I can now write my thoughts without fear. I also love the facts that throwbacks are embedded. Makes me just thankful for my journey so far.
Love It But No Recovery Option

I love this app - the interface and the ability to backup. I’ve purchased premium membership and I was all set to start recommending it to friends and family until I realized that you can’t recover deleted entries. Why not have a trash option which automatically clears stuff out after 30 days or something, at least?Even for paper journals, you can still straighten out crumpled pages torn in error or try to glue torn pieces together. It seems absurd for an app of this type not to have an option to recover entries before permanent deletion. I cherish my entries a whole lot. I might just go back to Bear Notes (Technically it’s not a journal but it serves the purpose well).Would have easily given it 5 stars without blinking but the absence of a bin set it back by 2. Is it possible to get this feature, please?

Very impressive. Nonetheless, it requires exceptional discipline to use it. Wish it had a built in notification system to prompt user daily. This could be either a text message sent to a device or an alarm.
