Hello ZEPETO Team,I am writing as a long-time user from Nigeria. I truly enjoy using the app — creating my avatar, posting, and engaging with the community. However, I am very concerned and frustrated that the Live feature has not been available in my country for over two years.I have seen many users from other regions access Live, and many users from African countries have been asking about this for a long time without clear answers. It feels unfair that we are able to use the app but are still excluded from certain major features like Live.Premium is now available in Naira, which shows that ZEPETO is expanding support here. So I would sincerely like to understand:• Why is the Live feature still not available in Nigeria?• Is there a plan to make it available in African countries?• If not, what is the reason?As loyal users, we would appreciate transparency. We want to feel included in the global ZEPETO community.Thank you for your time, and I hope to receive a clear response.

I love this game but sometimes when I enter a world or room the app just exits itself especially in the zempire party world anytime I enter this world it exist itself and also zems anytime I do the surveys it says survey not available and must of all the good clothes cost zems I only have one clothe I wear I have to rely until when I get gifted and it is annoying pls I want zems so I can buy clothes and also I can’t go live and I don’t know why it would be nice if people with 200 +followers can go live so that we can grow our accounts

Hi zepeto i so much love zpt but zpt is being so unfair to most people especially from Africa we hardly smell fyp and we have been begging asking too go live but nothing has changed for two years now can u guys pls do something and stop being unfair let me not say racist u guys hardly involve African in stuff related too black culture it’s usually mixed usa which’s unfair try involving us atimes we feel like we’re not black so please please try getting us involved in what dat represent us and try letting us get to fyp and live please thanks i would really appreciate it if u guys look into this thanks 😊🤗

Okay so. I’ve been playing this game for a year and it’s really addicting but I have one problem. Whenever I want to get zen from the offer wall it says “no surveys available”. This really frustrates me in a way, because one. This has been happening for two weeks. And two. Most of the good hairs and outfits cost zem. If this can be fix that would be wonderful because I would really like to decorate my character with more outfits rather than sticking with only 3 because of this.
