I love God because he is my father. He is the beginning and the end. He is omnipotent and omniscience. He created me from nothing to do his will. He has been there for me before he brought me to life, he is here with me and will be there at my end. He has been above me to bless me, behind me to protect me and ahead of me to guide me. He did not let me go though I fell to sin because I am nothing in his eyes and also his son. He sent me here for a purpose and that purpose is to preach the good news to all who have lost their way and are willing to repent from their sins and go back to their father. He sent me here to occupy the world with his words until he comes to judge the living and the dead. I am nothing but a servant to my father and I have no say other than to do his will here on earth until he calls me to his side.I will not rest, I will not stop until my fathers will is fulfilled. I will not stop until my father tells me to rest. I will not stop until my father says it is enough. I won’t rest until my father says so because I am his humble son and servant here by his grace and not by my power or will. I have no power of my own, all the power, glory and honor belong to my father. He alone is the holy one. He alone is the most high God. He alone is the author and finisher of my faith. He alone has seen my end from my beginning . He alone is to be exalted . He alone is to be glorified. He alone is the supreme being. He alone is the maker of the universe. He alone is God almighty. He alone is power beyond any man’s wildest dreams. He alone is My God and I will worship him forever and ever. Amen!

A times, it feels like the whole world is on our shoulders....that’s where I was in this particular beautiful Sunday. Literally, all alone in my life and situations which wasn’t funny. Added to the extra news of my sick mum entering ICU on a Friday night. It was as if the world has come tumbling down, added to my current state of financial lack...I read the meditation of today and dusted myself off the ashes that were trying to settle on my soul and like king David... I encouraged myself in the Lord and resolved to rejoice in the Lord as I remembered how He lifted me up in years past out of miry clays and deep pits. I repented of my sin of ingratitude and offered to the Lord, a sacrifice of praise....It was then that the blues actually left my soul and I felt better, bold and strong to embrace a lovely new day and week that the Lord had made and resolved to rejoice and be glad in it. That’s the heritage of the children of God, after all. I thank the Daily Bread team for this awesome tool of evangelism..you never know who needs those power words in season every other day. May the name of the Lord be glorified today and always in Jesus name! Amen!

Sometimes i think and wonder how my life would have been if i had taken God in when i was still young. And now my christian life is torn apart my name us faith but i don’t have faith. I’m living a whole different life and doing things i’m not happy or supposed to do. This is not the life i hoped for. And i’m so young and there is still time to change but it’s not that easy. I feel like God has deserted from me. I want to ne a devoted Christian that loves God and everything about him. I want to be among his favorites i want him in my life to strengthen me. I don’t even have anyone to talk to that will understand me. I’m happy i can express my self here and maybe someone gets to read my story. Put me in your prayers and I’ll make sure from now on i’ll draw close to God. So he can bring happiness to my life and family and make me whole again cause I’m a lost sheep.
