I started reading Galatea in mid 2020 and at the time the wait between chapters was 24 hours. Many readers posted comments complaining about the long wait. It was a pleasant surprise when they reduced it from 24 hours to 6 hours. It proves that the management has listening ears to hear what their readers think. That is commendable. I want to use this medium to request for longer chapters, the chapters are too short. Other than that, I would say I've enjoyed my time in Galatea. Another request, please allow audio reading of the stories. What i mean is apart from the audio stories, the text stories should be allowed to work with voice reading apps as well. Thank you 20-Jun-2021. I am back. I have another request: can the app management allow the stories to be auto unlocked once the wait time has been completed? This is particular to the current stories a reader is reading. Thank you 05Sep2021: Been enjoying galatea stories. Keep it up. Thank you
I love it

I love the app. Although I will give it 4Star because I just got the app a few days ago and with the variety of books and stories I have seen and already read I can say I am going to be on the app almost every. The reason I am giving it a 4 Star mainly because I am not yet used to the process of having to always buy coins to read a book but the story a interesting so I don't mind doing some task to get the coin. It doesn't require much from you to watch a few 'ads' or 'follow their social media accounts' or 'participate in discussions on the platform. But you could also close you eye and pay for the coins, consider it investing into you joy or entertainment. Personally, I am considering paying for one of their deal so I don't have to always pay or start looking for coins when I want to read a book. But I don't have the funds for it yet, so until then I really appreciate the other means I can acquire the coins.
Honestly!!

Loving it so far

My honest review I wanted to give was that the stories are fabulous. I got to know about galatea from Inkitt app that is associated with galatea so i actually came to this app because of a story I was reading that I could not access the full book on inkitt and could only assess it here. so far the book I’ve read is wonderful. I’m reading two books at the same time so far the storyline everything is fabulous so I wanted to actually complain about the long waiting period of six hours, but I saw a review where someone said that initially when she started at about 2020 the waiting hours was 24 hours so now I cannot even complain, but I just want to say if it’s possible to make the waiting time lesser it would be fantastic. I will be glad but I love the app. The books are wonderful, storyline, the writing and everything is good.
Spooky szn is here, and so are the updates. We've banished bugs like they're bad exes, polished the app 'til it glows, and made sure your fall reading slaps harder than a perfectly timed plot twist.
Cozy sweaters, pumpkin everything, and stories that keep you up past midnight? That's the vibe. Need us? Knock knock: https://galatea.zendesk.com/hc/en-us"
