- في واجهة تطبيق فامكير ستجد ملخص عن المواعيد التي لديك ويمكنك استقبال جلسات استشارية مباشرة.
- بإمكانك إجراء أو استقبال محادثات صوتية أو نصية مع العملاء من خلال التطبيق.
- بعد انتهاء الجلسة يمكنك اضافة بعض الملاحظات بغرض توضيح تفاصيل الحالة وسهولة المتابعة فيما بعد.
