The 1xbet app has reduced the user xperience(ux) it is now harder to book game than before. It is even harder to search for games on the search icon because, you will be redirected to games and matches that don’t match. Also, the cash out system is not good enough, 6/8 games and no cash out whatsoever. Finally, when 1xbet app first started, one could view options even without opening the game, now one has to open the game before checking the game, one of the things that is ruining the ux of this app.

1xbet is a big scam! for the past few days I have been trying to withdraw from my 1xbet account and it telling me to contact the security team for identification document which I did , I submitted my National ID card and international passport, but still couldn’t withdraw, after submitting several documents. I then continued emailing the security to know what is going on, but they ignored my mails till this moment, 1xbet pay my money, I have millions of cash on this app, my money is stocked with you guys , remove the identification documents and let keep enjoying the app as it was before. My friends and family have uninstalled 1xbet app on there phones and went for a trusted bookmaker , like bet365, sporty, and so on… 1xbet is scam! guys don’t download the app

I preferred the previous version where the picture of the statistics of the progress of the match was present on the first screen, the main one, with the three bars that you could click on and immediately opened the statistics. Now instead you have to click ib top right, in the corner, on the three dots, the optical impact changes completely. I highly recommend going back to the previous opening of the statistics, much more comfortable and effective.

I am sharing this to warn others.My 1xBet account was disabled with over ₦785,000 in it. As I write this, I cannot log in, and I have lost full access to my funds.From the start, the process was suspicious. I was not allowed to create my own email or password. The login details were generated and sent to me. This means they fully control the account from their side and can disable or delete it at any time.That is exactly what happened.There was no valid explanation, no resolution, and no access to my money. Customer support has been useless. Once your account is disabled, you are completely locked out.This is why many people call this platform a scam. When money is small, things seem fine. Once the balance grows, accounts get restricted or disabled.If you value your money, do not use this platform.
