Importing Font
Nataniella1
I love love love this app, but an issue I have is that whenever I try to import a Text font, it just gives an empty space in the font name list. It is present in the list but the name doesn’t appear. So, if I imported more than 1 or 2 fonts I have to check every empty space to get the exact one I want, which isn’t very helpful and is also stressful.I suspect it’s a glitch, but I’d appreciate it being fixed.
Developer Response
Hey Nataniella1 - Try exiting out of Procreate and reentering and see if the name appears. If not, send us through and email via our support form at support.procreate.art and we'll look into it further for you.
Fall from grace.

This has the potential to be the best art software of all time but bugs have been pretty slow to be addressed. Brush stroke skipping is still there despite previous claims that it’s been fixed; and all possible troubleshooting routes have been carried out to no avail. Also I think bugs pop up over time as though the software is designed to fail over time or some AI engine is running in background and making adjustments because it works fine for a time then glitches start to pop up — It’s kind of perplexing. Coupled with Apple being ignorant to fixing their own tech bugs — for obvious devious reasons — Procreate is both largely hindered and slacking compared to its like its pristine 2019 shape.
Developer Response
Hi uoriwoh – Thanks very much for taking the time to share your feedback. As more features are included in the app, unfortunately it does increase the possibility of breakages happening. We are always working to resolve bugs as quickly as possible, however some do require more time and resources than others. If you are still experiencing stroke skipping, we'd be happy to take a further look into this for you. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care team via our Support Form and we'll do everything we can to help. 😃 (https://procreate.art/support)
Incorrect Colour Saturation!!!
Adabiane
I still understand how updates which are to make apps better and more intuitive, somehow just turn around to be headaches in procreate! I’ve been using procreate for more than 4 months now, and while I have enjoyed it so far, it hasn’t been without one problem or the other. I had really high hopes for the coming update and waited patiently for it. Only for it to arrive and apart from the fact it does almost nothing for me, my blues suddenly look milky, reds look dusty, yellows look like they were mixed with some chalky pigment. I’ve tried all I can to remedy it, and it just keeps getting worse!!Kindly look into this please!
Developer Response
Hi Adabiane – It sounds like you may be working on a canvas with a CMYK Color profile, rather than one with a sRGB profile. Try creating a new Screen Size canvas - does this make the colors on the new canvas more saturated? 😃
OK. We went too far. This update sharpens the corners of your Gallery thumbnails. It also calms down the height of Animation and Page Assist and fixes an issue in 3D painting where you couldn't import meshes without normals.
Remember that all your custom brushes are available in the Classic Library by pinching the brush panel, or tapping the Procreate Library title.
