Picked by Linglass, and editable cards The Watch tab now opens with “Picked by Linglass”, a shelf of creators we recommend. Playback speed controls and AI subtitles that follow you Choose any playback speed from 0.25× to 2×, fine-tune it in 0.05× steps, and Linglass remembers your choice—even after a slow replay. AI subtitles now generate around the part of the video you’re watching and follow when you seek, so they start sooner and work better on long videos. Filter your collection, and see your words by video Your Collection can now be filtered: narrow it to one source or to only the hard words, then tap “Review” to go over just those. The new “Videos” view groups your words by the video you saved them from — open one to see its words in the order they were spoken, and review just that video. Search now finds a word by its translation too. In Settings → “Card review” you can choose how many new words a day, set your learning steps and turn on an answer timer, and every language gets its own deck. AI translation, and the reading above each word Translate with AI: tap “AI subtitles” on a video, choose “Translation”, and the second subtitle line is retranslated by an AI that reads the whole scene, so the wording fits the context instead of each line on its own. Learning Japanese, Chinese or Korean? The reading now sits above each word — kana over kanji, pinyin or romanization — switch it in Settings. Review cards now speak their word, then play the line as it was said in the video (turn it off in review settings). And you can now learn Swedish, Dutch and Polish. Word meanings, not just the one from the sentence Tap a word in the subtitles and you now also see its dictionary meanings, not only the one that fits that sentence — and each of them can be saved as its own card, in its dictionary form.
