Hello developer, I have been using this app for a couple of month on my iphone 14pro Max, I always stream your songs enjoying myself. What I wish to share with the developer is about the advert that usually came up immediately after your played song is over. The advert for about 30minutes will quickly start saying you should upgrade to premium which those not contains advert.Please I want to appeal to you, Kindly reduce the number of the advert displayed, it’s too much. if not, am leaving this app of a thing for you guys

Hi Alimzy, there shouldn’t be any 30-minute ads. If you encounter this type of ad again, please let us know ASAP with a screenshot so we can investigate. Ads help support the artists and keep free downloads available for everyone. Plus, we offer 'Freemium' features like unlimited skips, offline downloads, and more—features that are often paid for elsewhere! We're fine-tuning ad frequencies for a smoother experience, and the 'Rewarded Ads' feature will be back soon so you can earn ad-free time.

Audiomack is a wonderful musical app and I can recommend to anyone ,have been using audiomack since my university days ….and I really love how easy it is to search for songs and stream songs ….but there is one thing I will like you people to work on ,you should understand that not every user is financial capable to upgrade to premium and that advert your app brings up each time song is about to play is really embarrassing at times ,I remember when I was playing song at a friends party…we were all enjoying the vibe and suddenly an ad pop up ,the vibe reduced from 100 to 60 so please I am appealing that you should reduce the ads on the application,I understand that the ads are being paid for from artist who want promotions but please there should be something that could be done to it …imagine me playing a Christian music now and suddenly a hip hop ads pop in during my time with God ,it’s going to reduce my spirit at that time ….i hope with all this my reasons I have been able to pour out my mind and I hope this get to you ….i will continue using audiomack even with the fact that I have other music app but my loyalty with the app remains constant….

please why is it that if i teach the end of my playlist the song will not start from the beginning again i will have to go back to the app and tap before it starts again even the app itself sometimes if not all the time it will just crash for no teason at all there are also to many ads like God please reduce it or cut it out entirely so that we can have a smooth experience and you dont even have all the song that some of your customers want and then the ones we want we have to “buy the premium” before we can listen to them it will then push us to be downloading offbrand songs that some are not even the main thing please fix it and last but definitely not the least why do i have to use my internet to access my own selected playlist

You guys are doing a great 👍 job,this has been my best app to download and play my music offline ,but I upgraded of recent cause I kept getting the notification every now and then to update,which I did but it’s been misbehaving since I upgraded it,you download a song and tap on it to play the music doesn’t play rather the previous song you listened to repeats itself,even after you pause,tap on the next song it still doesn’t switch 😩😩very frustrating and then again there are some sweet songs you get to hear and then you want to download,you type the name of the song it pops up but instead you see the slowed,remix and all instead of the main song it’s very sad 😔 Please I am sure you can improve on this thank you 😊
