CITY RIDES
Affordable everyday rides with no surge pricing. You get to set the fare and choose your ride based on the driver’s price offer, rating, number of completed rides, car model, and pickup time.

INTERCITY RIDES
A safe and convenient way to travel between cities. Specify your destination, pickup date, time and location, offer your fare and request a ride.

COURIER SERVICES
This door-to-door on-demand delivery service is a fast and safe way to send and receive packages of up to 20 kilos. Offer your fare ​​and track your delivery in real-time.

It's simple and fast to request an affordable ride — just enter points "A" and "B" in the app, name the fare you are willing to pay, and choose your driver.

OFFER YOUR FARE
inDrive provides you with a tailored, surge-free ride-hailing experience. Here you, and not the algorithm, decide on the fare and choose the driver. We do not set the pricing according to time and mileage like other services. You agree on a win-win price with the driver before the ride starts.

CHOOSE YOUR DRIVER
inDrive lets you choose your driver from a list of the drivers who accepted your ride request. Pick them based on the best deal, arrival time, driver's rating, number of completed trips, and even a car model.

STAY SAFE
See the driver's name, car model, license plate number, and the number of previously completed trips before accepting the ride. During your trip, you can share the driver's information and the real-time location of the car with your family or friends using the "Share Your Ride" button. Your real-time geolocation can be shared via messengers, social networks, e-mail, or SMS Text. All of that is there to make your experience safe & trusted. We're continuously adding new safety features to the app to make sure both riders and drivers can enjoy 100% safe rides.

ADD TRAVEL OPTIONS
Do you have specific requirements? Specify travel add-ons — SUV, extra stops on the way, a child seat, or accommodating special needs. You can write your specific needs or any other details in the comments field like "traveling with my pet," “I have luggage," etc.

Good improvement but not good enough

The improvements I saw is the price
Not too cheap and not too cost only if there is surge
And again we fight for trip doesn’t make sense tho because if there is traffic in some area
Instead of us to calmly negotiate the amount
Other driver hijack it
Tho it there choice
And again the new fractures I notice that when ever I finish a trip and I end it
Instead of it to show me work around there it won’t until I close the app and open it back

I believe in you guys
Bolt and Uber are loosing Client because they lack so many things
I got a notice of client complaint about the pick up time
So don’t try to block any drivers o
Because all of us know how Lagos traffic looks
The time on the app may not be enough to reach the pick up area so instead we apologize to the passengers for the inconvenience due to traffic so we move on
In terms of rejecting trip
At time I won’t see my money on refund until I complain
Till now I have not seen mine and the passenger will cancel so you people need to work on it too
Good percentage
It fairly enough
As for my
I don’t like dragging for trip and be forced to do what I don’t like so you guys should try to work on it too
One way or the other
You people should give a personal trips not a general ones
It looks more local that way

Injustice

Many of we drivers left other app to boast the app for you guys no compensation for that we don’t mind,but at least a level of sincerity, a rider will complain about a driver you guys go all out to threaten the driver, but when we complain about a rider, in your representative you would hear the tone of blaming you for not doing what your meant to do, if I do otherwise to get my money they will complain to you and you won’t still try to know what really happened, I lost respect in you guys been on the platform since 2020, with a good rating of 4.9 and have done over 2900 plus ride, I don’t no what happened you guys blocked me for doing fraud, sent in message do know when and who complain of me doing fraud. To every driver out there, this people are not different from the other platform that has been misbehaving, if you look at it for once, apart from the low commission this guys haven’t really done anything for us as drivers, they have been using us for their own benefit, low ride price, riders unjust cancellation, rider trying to take advantage of the fact they can say anything to block a driver from the app and no investigation will be done, don’t put all your fruit in their basket they will someday throw it away and not mind the sacrifice you have given them, take care of yourself fellow comrade we shall overcome this phase, we have the power, we rest bolt and soon we would rest them as well, if they continue in this part

App development and service

It’s just so crazy how you guys are out there in your country and run business in another country most especially in Nigeria and tell me you know how things work here. Riders order rides with three different app namely. Bolt, uber and Indriver and waits for who gets there first and when other parties does. They tell you sorry I already left and they won’t cancel so they don’t get blocked and we have to cancel after clicking on arrives and wait for 5 minutes. Unlike them they need only one ride a day so they have the whole patience to wait till drivers cancel and for us drivers we cancel cos we want to continue working. You can’t tell me that we should get there before other parties cos you know how your rides are sometimes 30 minutes away. Secondly your support center or whatever it’s call is so poor. Sometimes drivers write to you hundreds of times with no single response and you call it support center. And your app design is terrible in the sense that if you block me as a driver for a giving time. I also lost access as a passenger. So if I was blocked for canceling rides as a driver. Then why am I block as a passenger?. So review this if you like and know why you drivers cancel ride and also rebuild your app. Thanks
