I called the first phone number I found on the app and the person who picked was very rude,she even hissed on me and hanged up. I called back and complained,asking her why she hissed and I heard a loud laugh from everyone in the background. The branch I called is Akpakpava branch,benin city… how rude
Please teach them good customer care service because I couldn’t even proceed with the order
They deliver the food just that it takes time so I usually place it an hour before I know I’m gonna be hungry. Apart from that, just have a good location, you can’t stay in a bush and expect them to bring it there, they are humans too.
The sale and greens were strong, the rice hardly had taste and together, the meal was bad. There was no water in our package. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and this is my first time ordering from you guys. Won’t want to see what happens next in a supposed second time because I’m just disappointed and unsatisfied.
Placed an order since 12:15pm, through the map, waited for over two hours, didn’t receive my order. Drove to one of your outlet. Showed them my order and they refused to give it to me. Told me that, a rider will contact me. As at 3:43pm still haven’t received my order...
I tried ordering from your app and I didn’t receive my food for hours I ordered around 1:33 and I didn’t receive my food and even when I went to the restaurant they told me that a rider will call me and refused to refund me my money I hate the customer service and the app
The worst app to order food from. After adding ti cart, you can’t even check out. Very very slow to respond and the customer care number never goes through. Fix up your app and employ people in your customer care section
Please you people need to work on this app sometimes when u open the app u won’t be able to choose different restaurant just a far restaurant will be available and sometimes no restaurant will just show it really frustrating
Update your locations available, Anambra is not on the list so the app is basically useless to me at this point. I was told to order from the app but I can't see my state on the list while setting up the app.
I ordered since and waited for hours, even called the restaurant line. It kept ringing but no one answered. And the food hasn’t been delivered till now. Really poor service. I’ll never try to order from this app again.
