I called the first phone number I found on the app and the person who picked was very rude,she even hissed on me and hanged up. I called back and complained,asking her why she hissed and I heard a loud laugh from everyone in the background. The branch I called is Akpakpava branch,benin city… how rude
Please teach them good customer care service because I couldn’t even proceed with the order
They deliver the food just that it takes time so I usually place it an hour before I know I’m gonna be hungry. Apart from that, just have a good location, you can’t stay in a bush and expect them to bring it there, they are humans too.
I can’t even give it a star because I ordered food for up to 2 hours ago and I’ve asking where’s my food, none of the numbers are going through and I’ve not still received my order nor gotten a call from the dispatch rider for my food

The sale and greens were strong, the rice hardly had taste and together, the meal was bad. There was no water in our package. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and this is my first time ordering from you guys. Won’t want to see what happens next in a supposed second time because I’m just disappointed and unsatisfied.
Customer service is really baddd. They can be very rude too. The worst is the wait time for your order to be delivered. I end up waiting multiple hours and no update is made to my order. I called the branch multiple times but it was all useless.

Placed an order since 12:15pm, through the map, waited for over two hours, didn’t receive my order. Drove to one of your outlet. Showed them my order and they refused to give it to me. Told me that, a rider will contact me. As at 3:43pm still haven’t received my order...
This app should really be checked on because it’s really silly. I placed an order, they couldn’t take the order, they said they made a refund for weeks, the refund hasn’t gotten to my wallet yet. So many things are wrong with the app and how they operate.
The worst app to order food from. After adding ti cart, you can’t even check out. Very very slow to respond and the customer care number never goes through. Fix up your app and employ people in your customer care section
I tried ordering from your app and I didn’t receive my food for hours I ordered around 1:33 and I didn’t receive my food and even when I went to the restaurant they told me that a rider will call me and refused to refund me my money I hate the customer service and the app
I ordered for sharwama and drinks and till today I never got it i reached out through all their social media platforms no reply
