Incompetent App
The fund transfer is the major problem... as an agent you have a fixed sum as your capital and once you pay all clients fund to the app through the MPOS you are in trouble. Infact I can’t say how many times I have lock my shop up due to transfer failure from wallet to app. Very annoying😣One keep losing customers. The other aspect is the MPOS keep debiting customers without paying to my wallet. This App is a failure.
Finally don’t be deceived all the positive review here is from their staff. Imagine kolomoni locking up my 389,000 where do you expect me to see more fund to run my shop. Bills payment is a NO go area.
